Responsibilities: - Support clinical treatment care with chart & operatory setup, assist during procedure, and operatory clean up . - Sterilize and prepare instruments for dental procedures - X-Ray and intraoral picture capturing. -Digital Scanning patients for small and large cases. - Perform dental charting and record patient information in electronic systems such as Epic and Dentrix - Provide patient education with support during treatment plan presentation, escorting and caring for patient before ,during, and after treatment, and help with walkout & post- operative care. - Assist with dental lab procedures including fabricating temporary crowns. - Follow aseptic techniques to ensure infection control - Punctuality and present for every morning huddle -Adhering to all OSHA and safety policies and procedures. -Assist in supporting Doctor Schedule. Skills: - Knowledgeable of dental anatomy and terminology - Proficient in assisting with various dental procedures - Familiarity with medical coding for dental services - Licensed & able to take x-rays. - Knowledge of aseptic technique for infection control - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members Licensing & Certifications FL x-ray certification is required Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $22.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance License/Certification: X-Ray Certification (Required) Work Location: In person
