Why Join Sunshine Family Dentistry? 4-day workweek Mondays off and Friday half days Set schedule No evenings or weekends Competitive pay, based on experience Paid holidays Paid Time Off Continuing Education (CE) allowance 401(k) with profit sharing Health insurance Dental benefits Botox/Xeomin discounts Technology- and education-driven practice Supportive, team-oriented culture that values growth and collaboration What You'll Do As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you'll: Perform preventive and periodontal dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately Develop and implement appropriate periodontal treatment plans Take digital dental radiographs Screen for oral disease and identify areas of concern Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, nutrition, and home care Recommend individualized oral hygiene products and treatment plans Accurately document clinical findings and treatment Partner with the doctor and team to provide exceptional patient care Help create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish We're Looking For Someone Who Holds an active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in North Dakota or is eligible for licensure before starting Has excellent communication and patient education skills Provides exceptional clinical care with compassion and professionalism Enjoys educating patients and helping them improve their oral and overall health Builds strong relationships with patients of all ages Is dependable, positive, and takes initiative Thrives in a collaborative team environment Has a positive attitude and contributes to a fun, supportive workplace Is committed to lifelong learning and professional growth If you're looking for a practice where you'll be appreciated, supported, and encouraged to grow while making a difference in your patients' lives, we'd love to meet you.
