Duties Patient Check In & Hospiltality : warmly greet patients warmly, verify/updating their information, and ensure a smooth welcoming check-in process. Patient Check Out & Financials: Presenting treatment estimates, collecting copayments, and scheduling treatment. Customer Service: Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing excellent customer service and addressing patient inquiries promptly. General Front Office Tasks: Responding to patient inquires, and colloborating with team to maintin an effeicent schedule. Qualifications & Requirments Dental Office Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience working in a dental office. Personality and Interpersonal Skills : High energy, a positive "can do" attitude, and exceptional communication skills- you must genuinely enjoy engaging with people! Dental Software Knowledge: Familiarity with PMeS Patterson Eaglesoft Professionalism : Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic enviorment.
