Registered Dental Hygienist — Full-Time or Part-Time Location: Jacksonville, Florida — Southside Pay: $40–$45 per hour, based on experience Schedule: Full-time or part-time; flexible scheduling available Office Hours: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We are a female-owned, family-operated, non-corporate general dentistry practice located on the Southside of Jacksonville. We are seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Dental Hygienist who values excellent patient care, clear communication, and a positive team environment. This position may be structured as either full-time or part-time, with flexibility in the days worked. Our office is open Monday through Thursday, with no evening or weekend hours. Responsibilities Provide thorough preventive dental care and periodontal therapy Educate patients regarding oral health and recommended treatment Maintain accurate and complete patient records Communicate effectively with patients, dentists, and other team members Help create a comfortable and positive experience for every patient Qualifications Current Florida dental hygiene license Prior dental hygiene experience preferred Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Professional, dependable, and patient-focused Experience with Eaglesoft is preferred but not required Compensation and Benefits $40–$45 per hour, based on experience Flexible full-time or part-time schedule Paid time off Paid holidays 401(k) We offer a stable, supportive work environment in an established private practice where quality patient care is the priority.
