How you make a difference in this role: The Tennessee Department of Health is searching for a great Dentist to serve in a clinical position at the West Tennessee Regional Office in Jackson, TN. Job Overview: Under general direction, this position performs professional dental and managerial work in a public health clinic. The role is responsible for clinical, educational, and administrative dental services. It will include assignments such as clinical dentist and oversight of dental operations. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, deliver, and manage comprehensive oral health services for uninsured and underinsured adults and children. Precept and collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists in a clinical setting. Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion to enhance patient compliance with treatment plans. Remain updated with best practices in oral health and provide patient-centered care.
