Hadley Family Dentistry is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our established Indianapolis practice. We are looking for a compassionate, dependable clinician who values excellent dentistry, clear communication, ethical treatment planning, and long-term patient relationships. This is an in-person position for a dentist who wants clinical autonomy while working alongside an experienced clinical and administrative team. What You'll Do - Perform comprehensive examinations and diagnose oral-health conditions. - Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. - Provide preventive, restorative, and emergency dental care within your training and credentials. - Clearly explain diagnoses, treatment options, risks, and aftercare. - Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation. - Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and the front-office team. - Coordinate referrals when specialty care is appropriate. - Follow all applicable clinical, privacy, safety, and infection-control standards. What We're Looking For - DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. - Active Indiana dental license, or eligibility to obtain one before starting. - Current CPR/BLS certification. - DEA registration when required for assigned services. - Strong communication and treatment-planning skills. - Professional, ethical, dependable, and patient-focused. - Experience in general dentistry is preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply.
