By month two, your practice search and transition begins in parallel with your clinical work. What You'll Do Deliver urgent care, same-day treatment, and comprehensive restorative care in a modern digital workflow Train and lead your own associate dentist (who will follow the same partner-in-training path) Transition from clinical production to clinical leadership and practice ownership Work alongside the founder (26+ years of clinical excellence) for ongoing training and support What We're Looking For DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school (required) Valid Florida dental license (required) Clinical ability to handle urgent care, restorative, and comprehensive cases Conservative treatment philosophy with patient-first decision making Coachable mindset and willingness to learn systematized best practices Ambition to own and lead your own practice What Makes This Different Unlike associate roles that string you along with buyout promises, this is structured from day one: you're a partner-in-training, not an employee track.
