Royal Dentistry of Grayson is a private, family dental practice in Grayson, GA. Our office is well-established and known for providing excellent care in a friendly, supportive environment. We are looking for a dependable and highly organized Operations Coordinator to join our amazing team. This is a hands-on role â you are the face of our front office and the person who keeps the day running smoothly. The ideal candidate takes ownership, notices what needs to be done before being asked, and enjoys helping a growing practice get better every month. This position requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of dental terminology, and confidence working directly with patients. Responsibilities Making an excellent first impression and creating a great experience for every patient Overseeing the day-to-day flow of the office so the schedule runs on time Handling patient communication, scheduling, check-in and check-out, and financial conversations Supporting the doctor and clinical team as the day requires Helping the practice hit its weekly and monthly goals Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-run office Following and improving our systems and checklists Taking on additional duties as needed to support the growth and success of the practice Requirements Minimum 3 years of dental front desk experience Familiarity with dental PPO insurance plans and basic claims follow-up Comfortable presenting payment options and collecting at time of service Open Dental experience is a bonus but not required Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse patient populations Detail-oriented, organized, and self-directed Positive attitude and team-oriented Wants to be part of a practice that values growth, professionalism, and having fun Experience in dental terminology or working within a dental office Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Work Location: In person
