We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including periodontal assessments, prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance. Take digital radiographs and intraoral photographs. Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and home care techniques. Administer local anesthetics Perform oral cancer screenings and document clinical findings. Collaborate with the doctor and team to develop individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with OSHA and HIPAA standards. Create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient. Apply preventative materials such as topical fluoride and sealants. Perform other duties as assigned to support patient care and office operations. What We're Looking For Current Oregon Registered Dental Hygienist license. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Gentle chairside manner with a strong focus on patient comfort. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding care. Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus.
