What You'll Do Welcome patients and create a warm, friendly first impression Answer phones and schedule appointments Collect insurance information and assist with patient accounts Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate records Coordinate with our clinical team to keep the office running smoothly Deliver outstanding customer service at every patient interaction What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and dependable Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dental or orthodontic office experience is preferred—but not required.
