Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full-Time or Part-Time Location: Malvern, PA Practice with Safety and Confidence! Our established, patient-centered general dental practice in Malvern, PA is looking for a friendly, self-motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a fun, supportive, and team-oriented environment where quality, safety, and professionalism are our top priorities. We are seeking a hygienist who is passionate about patient care, works independently with confidence, and demonstrates strong leadership qualities while collaborating with our dental team. Flexible Schedule We are looking for a hygienist who can work all three of the following days or any two of the three: Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Tuesday: 11am-7:30pm Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced hygienist , we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Provide exceptional preventive and periodontal dental hygiene care. Educate patients on oral health and home care. Maintain accurate patient records and charting. Adhere to the highest standards of infection control, sterilization, and OSHA safety protocols. Collaborate with the doctor and team to deliver outstanding patient experiences. Build lasting relationships through compassionate, patient-centered care. Dentrix and Dexis experience a plus Qualifications Current Pennsylvania Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. Current CPR certification. Dependable, organized, and professional. Strong leadership and independent clinical skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for providing high-quality, comprehensive patient care. Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
