What You'll Do Provide outstanding preventive dental hygiene care Perform dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and patient assessments Take diagnostic radiographs as needed Educate patients on oral health, home care, and preventive treatment Accurately chart and document clinical findings Collaborate closely with the doctor and team to deliver exceptional patient care Help create a comfortable, friendly experience for patients of all ages Build trusting relationships with patients and their families Qualifications Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Current CPR certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Team-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for patient care Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Treats patients like family Values kindness, integrity, and professionalism Enjoys creating meaningful relationships with patients Takes pride in providing excellent clinical care Is dependable, friendly, and committed to helping our practice grow Schedule Part-Time Wednesdays Thursdays Future Opportunity: The right candidate may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as our practice continues to grow.
