Exquisite Dentistry & Medical Aesthetics is seeking an experienced, polished, and patient-focused Practice Coordinator to join our high-end concierge practice in Melrose, MA. Compensation & Benefits $27â$30 per hour (based on experience) Generous performance-based bonus opportunities Medical insurance In-house dental care benefits Complimentary and discounted aesthetic treatments Retirement plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Parental leave Professional development assistance Growth opportunities within a thriving, patient-centered practice What You'll Do Patient Experience & Concierge Service Welcome and assist patients with a warm, professional, high-touch approach Deliver a luxury patient experience at every touchpoint Manage front desk and reception responsibilities Coordinate appointments and follow-up communications Answer phones, emails, and patient inquiries promptly and professionally Treatment Coordination & Consultations Conduct aesthetic consultations and discuss treatment options Present and explain dental and medical aesthetic treatment plans Educate patients on procedures, financing, and scheduling Track treatment acceptance and assist patients through the decision-making process Coordinate comprehensive care plans across dental and aesthetic services Lead Management & Practice Growth Convert incoming leads into scheduled consultations and treatment starts Follow up with prospective patients using established sales and communication workflows Maintain accurate CRM records and patient communication histories Support practice marketing initiatives and patient retention efforts Administrative & Technology Responsibilities Utilize EMR and CRM systems effectively and accurately Maintain patient records and treatment documentation Verify information and support office operational efficiency Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative team members Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of dental practice experience Minimum 2 years of medical spa (MedSpa) experience Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing elective procedures Strong lead conversion, sales, or patient coordinator experience Experience with EMR and CRM software Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, concierge-style environment Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree Experience in cosmetic dentistry, aesthetic medicine, plastic surgery, or luxury hospitality environments Proven track record of treatment acceptance and patient conversion success Ideal Candidate You are outgoing, polished, organized, and genuinely passionate about helping people look and feel their best.
