We’re looking for a Full-time experienced Orthodontic Chairside Assistant who loves working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience. What You’ll Do As a Chairside Assistant, you’ll play an important role in creating an outstanding patient experience by: Assisting our orthodontists during patient procedures Preparing treatment areas and ensuring an efficient clinical flow Educating patients about their treatment and home care Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in Practice Management Software Creating a welcoming, comfortable environment for patients and families Working closely with teammates to provide exceptional service Maintaining accurate records and following clinical protocols Helping our office operate efficiently while keeping the atmosphere positive and upbeat What We’re Looking For Previous orthodontic assisting experience preferred (minimum 1-2 years) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with willingness to help wherever needed Computer proficiency Evening availability until 7:00 PM on scheduled days Why You’ll Love Working Here We believe happy teams create happy patients.
