Job Summary We're seeking a motivated Orthodontic Assistant to support our orthodontist in delivering excellent patient care. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in orthodontics. Responsibilities Assist the orthodontist chairside during procedures, including placing and adjusting braces, wires, and appliances Take x-rays, photographs, and impressions/digital scans Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms according to infection control protocols Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and appliance care Maintain accurate patient records and update treatment notes Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies Provide excellent customer service to ensure a comfortable patient experience Support scheduling and patient flow as needed Pay: $25.00 - $32.82 per hour Benefits: Employee discount On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Paid sick time Paid time off Paid training Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
