We're looking for an associate dentist who wants to own their cases end to end — diagnose with confidence, present their own treatment, and build patients who ask for them by name. This is not a "see the easy cases, refer the rest" seat. It comes with something most associate jobs don't offer: a structured 90-day onboarding and mentorship plan with a 21-year practice owner — weekly calibration sessions, clear production benchmarks you'll see before you sign, and a defined path to a full schedule with expanding case complexity.
