Now Hiring: Experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator

Temporary Full-Time Position – Potential for Permanent Hire

Lakewood Dental Arts is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator with at least 2 years of dental treatment coordinating experience to join our growing multi-specialty dental practice.

This is a temporary full-time position to cover a valued team member who is on an extended leave of absence. There is potential for this position to become permanent based on business needs and job performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator (required)

• Experience with dental insurance verification and benefit breakdowns

• Knowledge of treatment planning, scheduling, and financial arrangements

• Experience with Open Dental (preferred)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans to patients

• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits

• Coordinate patient scheduling and maintain a productive schedule

• Collect patient payments and review financial arrangements

• Process insurance claims, pre-authorizations, and referrals

• Follow up on outstanding treatment and insurance claims

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• Provide exceptional customer service while working closely with doctors and the clinical team
