What We're Looking For:

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with a current California license
• Minimum of 5 years of dental assisting experience
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Someone who is organized, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding patient care
• Flexibility with the daily schedule, as patient care always comes first

Schedule:
This position serves as our closing RDA. Our goal is to complete patient care and finish the day by 5:30–5:45 PM whenever possible. However, because we are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients, there are occasional days when treatment runs longer. We're looking for someone who is flexible and understands that, from time to time, staying a little later may be necessary to ensure our patients receive the care they deserve.
