Dental Assistant -Private Practice located in North Scottsdale

We are an established private practice in far North Scottsdale looking for an energetic, dependable Dental Assistant to join our team.  We have a friendly, close-knit office and provide a wide range of services, including general dentistry, cosmetics, facial aesthetics, implants, soft tissue grafting, LANAP and endodontics.  

This is a great postion for somemeone who takes pride in their work, has a sense of urgency, enjoys learning, and wants to become an important part of a practice rather than simply clocking in an out.

What we're looking for:

We value attitude and reliability as much as clinical experience.  Our ideal Assistant is professional and friendly with patients, arrives on time and ready to work, takes direction well and is comfortable working in a busy and fun environment.

You should be someone who notices what needs to be done and jumps to help- whether that's assisting charside, turning over rooms,, sterilization, helping another team member, or occasionally helping keep the office clean and organized.  No task is beneath anyone on our team.  

Because we provide advanced dentistry, there is an excellent opportunity to learn and expand your clinical skills.  We are happy to teach the right person who is motivated, coachable and eager to improve.

Realiabilty is extremely important to us.  We are looking for someone with excellent attendance who is punctual, organized, positive, and able to keep things moving throughout the day.  You should communicate well with patients and coworkers, present yourself professionally, accept feedback withouth taking it personally, and be willing to adapt and learn.

Dental assisting experience is preferred, but we would rather hire somone with an outstanding attitude and work ethic who wants to learn than someone with years of experience who isn't a team player.
