Responsibilities Provide exceptional preventive, periodontal, and therapeutic dental hygiene care Build lasting relationships with patients through compassionate, personalized care Educate patients on oral health, disease prevention, and recommended treatment Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and charting Obtain high-quality diagnostic radiographs Collaborate with our doctors in comprehensive treatment planning Help patients understand the value and importance of recommended treatment Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation Manage appointment times efficiently while delivering an exceptional patient experience Maintain a clean, organized, and prepared treatment room Work collaboratively with doctors and teammates to ensure seamless patient care Participate in continuing education and team development Contribute ideas that improve patient care, systems, and the overall patient experience The Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Loves building genuine relationships with patients Believes education is one of the most important parts of dental hygiene Is committed to providing exceptional clinical care Enjoys working in a collaborative, supportive team environment Takes initiative and ownership in your role Values professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement Communicates positively with patients and teammates Wants to continue learning and growing professionally Is excited by opportunities for leadership and career advancement Wants to be rewarded for helping patients and contributing to the success of the practice Qualifications Current Dental Hygienist license Current CPR certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience Experience is welcomed, but we value attitude, coachability, and cultural fit just as much as experience.
