We provide a wide range of services-including preventive care, restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, full-arch (All-on-X) treatment, dentures, oral surgery, Invisalign, sedation dentistry, and more. Our patients come from all walks of life, and we take pride in providing compassionate care to everyone, from children and families to seniors, emergency patients, and those who may not have received dental care in years. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the doors. Responsibilities include: Welcoming patients with a friendly, professional attitude Answering phones and scheduling appointments Checking patients in and out Verifying insurance benefits and collecting payments Coordinating treatment schedules Communicating with patients regarding appointments and treatment Maintaining accurate patient records Working closely with our doctors and clinical team to keep the schedule running effeciently We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, dependable, and professional Organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable multitasking in a busy office An excellent communicator with outstanding customer service skills A team player with a positive attitude Prior experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred but we're willing to train the right person with exceptional customer service skills Why join our team?
