Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to develop accurate diagnoses using dental terminology and medical imaging techniques. Perform a wide range of dental procedures such as dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, orthodontics, dental implants, and oral surgery with precision and care. Utilize dental software , Dentrix for documentation of medical records, treatment plans, and billing processes while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Communicate effectively with patients to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and post-care instructions while fostering a welcoming environment. Collaborate with team members on patient care strategies, ensuring adherence to state healthcare regulations and best practices in healthcare diagnosis. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, and advancements in general dentistry to provide the highest quality of care. Experience Proven experience working in a dental clinic or dental office environment with hands-on experience in general dentistry procedures.
