Dental Assistant (DA) Southborough, MA Our client is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join their growing private practice in Southborough, MA . Schedule: Full-Time Monday – Thursday Enjoy a consistent 4-day work week with long weekends every week! Compensation: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour. Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities: Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures. Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures. Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols. Take digital radiographs (as permitted by certification). Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation. Ensure operatories are fully stocked and organized. Provide outstanding customer service while creating a positive patient experience. Qualifications: Previous dental assisting experience preferred. Current Massachusetts dental assisting requirements/certifications, as applicable. Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and clinical procedures. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
