Belmont Oral Surgery and Dental Implants is a privately owned father-son practice in Belmont. We provide restorative Oral & Maxillofacial surgery that helps patients achieve a healthy, confident smile. We are looking to add a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a kind and outgoing personality with excellent customer service and oral surgical assisting skills. The position is for Full Time: Monday to Friday 7-3:30. (6:45 huddle) Our Current Dental Assistants have been with us for years (20, 17 and 4 years). Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments and take vital signs Assist in surgical procedures Complete sterilization tasks Begin note templates for the doctors Maintain accurate and detailed medical records Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan and provide patient care Requirements: 1 year of experience working as a dental assistant or recent graduate with RDA/CDA Proficiency in conducting dental radiographs and taking vital signs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently This position offers competitive compensation, Vacation, Paid Holidays & Sick Time and 401k w/ match.
