Position Summary As an Experienced Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care from start to finish. You'll work closely with our doctor, assist with a wide variety of procedures, maintain clinical efficiency, and help create an outstanding patient experience. Office Hours Monday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM Enjoy long weekends every week! Responsibilities Assist the doctor during a variety of restorative and general dental procedures Fabricate high-quality temporary crowns (required) Utilize digital intraoral scanning technology with confidence (required) Prepare treatment rooms and patients for treatment Maintain OSHA-compliant sterilization and infection control protocols Take high-quality digital radiographs (required) Update and maintain accurate electronic patient records Educate patients on treatment recommendations and post-operative care Monitor patient comfort throughout appointments Assist with inventory management and clinical supply ordering Work collaboratively with the entire team to keep the day running efficiently Qualifications Required: Minimum 3 years of chairside dental assisting experience Experience fabricating temporary crowns Experience using digital scanners Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Ability to work independently while being a dependable team player Preferred: Experience with EagleSoft Practice Management Software Experience with digital dentistry and modern dental technology What We Offer Competitive pay: $25.00–$28.00 per hour (based on experience) 401(k) with employer matching Health insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Paid parental leave Uniform Allowance Dental benefits Employee discounts Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education Location Madison Lakes Dental 5510 Medical Circle Madison, WI 53719 Applicants must be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to their start date.
