Bridging Brighter Smiles is seeking an exceptional Dental Radiology Department Manager to lead our growing radiology team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced dental professional who is passionate about leadership, patient care, and operational excellence. We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to combine clinical expertise with department management. While this is primarily a leadership role, the ideal candidate is also willing and able to provide clinical support when needed. What You'll Do Lead the daily operations of the Dental Radiology Department. Supervise, mentor, and develop radiology team members. Ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging while maintaining compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Develop and improve departmental workflows, scheduling, and quality assurance processes. Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and administrative teams to provide outstanding patient care. Train new team members and promote continuous professional development. Assist with patient treatment and clinical care as needed, utilizing your RDH skills. Monitor department performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Current Wisconsin Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. Comfortable balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on clinical support Previous leadership or management experience. Experience implementing process improvements and quality initiatives. Passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences. Strong knowledge of dental radiology procedures and radiation safety.
