Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Santa Maria, CA
We are growing and would love for you to join the team! Looking for a part time assistant. Mon-Thurs. We are looking for an energetic and motivated dental assistant/registered dental assistant/orthodontic assistant for a private practice orthodontic office. Assistant with orthodontic experience is a plus but not required; however must be excited and willing to learn. We are happy to teach you! Spanish-speaking is strongly preferred. Assistant's responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to: - Assisting doctor during orthodontic procedures - Working on patients (i.e. untie/retie, archwire changes, etc.) - Breaking down and setting up rooms - Taking impressions, diagnostic photos, and pano/ceph xrays - Sterilizing instruments This is a great opportunity for an assistant who is interested in learning new skills and enjoys working in an intimate, caring, and supportive environment.
