Job Overview Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or an experienced Dental Assistant (DA)– Orthodontic & Pediatric Office We are a fun, growing orthodontic and pediatric dental office looking for an experienced RDA to join our team! We’re looking for someone who loves working with kids, has orthodontic experience , is organized, dependable, and is a great team player. We value a positive attitude, kindness, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping patients and coworkers. Responsibilities Assist with orthodontic and pediatric dental procedures Take X-rays, photos, and digital scans Assist with orthodontic records, bonding, adjustments, and other procedures Provide a friendly and comfortable experience for children and families Prepare and maintain operatories Maintain accurate patient records Follow sterilization and infection control protocols Help keep the office running smoothly Learn and use our easy-to-use cloud-based dental softwares Be willing to help with calling patients to confirm appointments and calling overdue recalls Qualifications Current RDA license/registration or coronal polishing certificate Orthodontic experience strongly preferred Experience working with children is a plus Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new software Positive, dependable, and professional Strong communication skills Team player with a “jump in and help” attitude The Right Fit We’re looking for more than just experience — we’re looking for a great person to join our team.
