Job Title: Dental Assistant Job Summary: Bay Park Pediatric Dentistry is a start up pediatric dental office seeking a part-time Registered Dental Assistant. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the dental office by performing various patient care and administrative tasks. Responsibilities: - Assist the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures - Prepare treatment rooms for patient procedures, and sterilize instruments for proper workflow - Take diagnostic dental X-rays and photos (periapicals, bitewings, panoramic, intraoral) - Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental software and help with charting - Provide patients with instructions for oral care following procedures - Ensure compliance with infection control protocol - Assist with marketing and social media projects will be a major bonus!
