Key Responsibilities: Assist dentist in various dental procedures, including cosmetic and restorative treatments Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care Maintain accurate and organized records of all dental procedures Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment Assist in scheduling and managing patient appointments Monitor patient vital signs during procedures and ensure their comfort and safety Follow all infection control and safety protocols to maintain a clean and sterile environment Requirements: Current Registered Dental Assistant license Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental office Proficiency in digital x-rays and dental software (Dentrix experience a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish a rapport with patients and build positive relationships Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Current CPR certification Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations *Pay is determined by experience Join our team and be a part of a practice that values and invests in its employees.
