You'll play an essential role in helping our days run smoothly while ensuring parents feel confident and informed about their child's dental care. We are looking for someone who can communicate with empathy, explain treatment recommendations and insurance benefits clearly, and help families navigate financial decisions without surprises. Responsibilities Welcome patients and families with a friendly, caring attitude Schedule appointments and answer incoming phone calls Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns Verify dental insurance benefits and obtain necessary authorizations Review treatment plans and financial estimates with parents and caregivers Help families understand their insurance coverage and expected out-of-pocket costs before treatment whenever possible Coordinate closely with the clinical team to maintain an efficient patient schedule Process billing, insurance claims, and payments accurately Maintain patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance Work collaboratively with the entire team to provide an exceptional patient experience Qualifications Previous dental office experience preferred Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, insurance, and coding Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment while maintaining a positive attitude Professional, dependable, and eager to learn Experience with Eaglesoft, Dental Intelligence, and Vyne is preferred but not required The Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Loves helping people and making them feel welcome Can confidently discuss treatment, insurance, and finances with kindness and clarity Pays attention to the little details Enjoys working as part of a team Stays calm under pressure and adapts to a busy schedule Takes pride in providing outstanding customer service If you're looking for more than just a job—and want to be part of a team that truly makes a difference in the lives of children and their families—we'd love to hear from you!
