Texoma Pediatric Dentistry is opening soon, and we're looking for an enthusiastic dental assistant to join our team! This is a unique opportunity to help build a brand-new pediatric dental practice from the ground up. We're looking for someone who loves working with children, enjoys being part of a team, and wants to help create an amazing experience for every family who walks through our doors. Qualifications: Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Current BLS certification Nitrous Oxide Monitoring certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Coronal Polishing certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) What We're Looking For Positive, upbeat attitude Passion for working with children Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, hardworking, and self-motivated Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback Team player who enjoys helping others Pediatric dental experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person!
