Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming environment from the moment they walk through the door Schedule appointments efficiently using dental practice management software Dentrix Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance eligibility checks, and handle insurance verifications Check out patients, collect payments, manage billing procedures with knowledge of dental coding and claims submission Answer multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette and assist patients with inquiries regarding appointments, billing, treatment plans, etc. Qualifications Previous experience working in a dental required Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dental practice management software such Dentrix is preferred Knowledge of dental insurance processes including verification, insurance payment posting, claim filing, etc. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion following HIPAA guidelines Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry, and appointment scheduling Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding dental care!
