As our Insurance Front office coordinator, your responsibilities will include leading our front office, facilitating the optimal patient experience, completing and verifying all aspects of insurance including posting, batching and fighting rejected claims, ensuring office goals and performance standards are met by team, organizing office workflow, overseeing regulatory compliance, and organizing community outreach events and marketing. The ideal candidate will be friendly and outgoing and have previous experience with dental office management, knowledge of front and back office operations, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite programs and dental practice management software (Dentrix preferred), strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. We see patients from 7-3pm 4 days per week during summer hours and 7:30-4:30 during winter months. We use the 5th as half day for admin tasks.
