What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be an important part of the patient experience from start to finish. Your day may include: Setting up rooms and getting everything ready for the day Assisting the doctor chairside during treatment Taking digital X-rays and CBCT scans Sterilizing instruments and keeping everything safe and ready to go Educating patients about oral hygiene and post-treatment care Helping with both treatment and exams , our assistants work as a team! Keeping patient records accurate and up to date Following OSHA and infection-control standards What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is positive, dependable, organized, and genuinely enjoys working with people. You don’t have to know everything on day one, but you do need to be willing to learn, jump in, and be part of the team. Preferred: 1+ year of dental assisting experience RHS certification Strong communication and organizational skills A great attitude and a team-first mindset What We Offer We believe taking care of our team is just as important as taking care of our patients.
