Hild Family Dental is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Sterilization Technician/Dental Assistant to join our friendly, fast-paced team. Responsibilities include: Sterilizing and organizing dental instruments Preparing and turning over treatment rooms Assisting with patient seating and room setup Monitoring and maintaining dental supply inventory Supporting the clinical team with additional duties as needed Helping maintain a clean, safe, and efficient office environment What we're looking for: Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and time-management skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work well as part of a team Dental experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person!
