Lead Orthodontic Clinician Hillside Orthodontics — Fayetteville, AR ~30 hours/week $24–$30/hour, depending on experience Starting late 2026 We're a brand-new orthodontic practice opening in Fayetteville this fall, and we're hiring the person who will run our clinical floor from day one. This isn't a seat you're filling—it's a room you're helping build. The right person will shape how we do things, not just follow a manual someone else wrote. You'll be our lead assistant and, at the start, our only assistant. That means you'll work chairside with every patient, and you'll also help set the standard: writing and refining our clinical protocols, training the assistants we hire as we grow, troubleshooting the day-to-day problems that come up (the broken bracket twenty minutes before close), and tracking the numbers that tell us how we're really doing—bracket failures, appointment efficiency, the things that quietly make or break a practice. What you'll do Work directly with patients chairside—placing and adjusting appliances, taking records, and doing it accurately, gently, and on time Make every patient feel looked-after while you work (think genuine hospitality, not clinical distance) Build and refine our clinical protocols alongside the doctor Train and mentor new clinical assistants as we grow Troubleshoot clinical problems in the moment and keep the day moving Track and report clinical metrics like bracket failures and chair efficiency Help keep the clinical area stocked, sterile, and ready What we're looking for Real orthodontic assisting experience—this role leads the floor, so you need to have walked it first Someone who's warm with patients and steady under pressure A self-starter who's comfortable building something rather than inheriting it Comfort with the tools of a modern practice and a willingness to keep learning What we offer $24–$30 per hour, based on your experience A monthly health insurance stipend Paid time off, built around our planned practice closures Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Uniform allowance Work Location: In person
