Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our Pediatric Dental and Orthodontic office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in dental terminology, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems, answering calls promptly and directing them to appropriate personnel. Scheduling and coordinating orthodontic and pediatric dental appointments. Handle patient intake processes, including collecting necessary information and documentation review. Provide clerical support including filing, typing, and data entry. Experience Familiarity with dental terminology and health information management practices. Proficiency in using EMR systems; experience with Eaglesoft is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and scheduling tasks.
