We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and highly motivated Front Office Dental Receptionist to become one of the first members of our growing team. If you genuinely enjoy interacting with people, love helping patients, are organized, computer-savvy, and want to grow with a long-term practice, we'd love to meet you. Schedule (Part-Time) Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Additional hours and full-time opportunities may become available as the practice continues to grow. Responsibilities As the first and last person our patients interact with, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding patient experience. Your responsibilities include: Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism Answering phone calls and responding to voicemails and emails Scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments Checking patients in and out using dental practice software Scanning, uploading, and organizing patient documents Insurance verification Submitting pre-authorizations to insurance companies Preparing and organizing insurance claims Collecting patient payments and explaining balances Maintaining accurate patient records Coordinating with the clinical team to ensure a smooth daily schedule Delivering exceptional customer service to every patient QualificationsRequired Bilingual in English and Spanish Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, positive, and professional attitude Comfortable using computers and learning new software Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Outstanding customer service skills Professional appearance and presentation Preferred Previous experience working in a dental office Happy to work both with adults and children Experience with PPO insurance Experience with Denti-Cal insurance Experience with dental practice management software, Open Dental and PracticeWeb Don't have extensive dental experience?
