Our established general dental practice is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team. Position Requirements Ability to provide exceptional patient care Excellent verbal communication skills Positive attitude Be personable and empathetic Ability to work well with others in a team oriented office Willingness to learn and adapt Motivated Display a high level of professionalism Familiarity with dental software and digital radiographs NC Radiology certification Basic understanding and knowledge of HIPAA privacy rules Current CPR certification Responsibilities Prepare patients for treatments ensuring their comfort Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed Sterilize instruments according to regulations Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry Undertake lab tasks as instructed Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked Maintain accurate patient records Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $16.75 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Paid time off License/Certification: Dental Radiology Certification (Required) Work Location: In person
