USA Dental is a growing, patient-focused Genral Dentistry practice in the heart of Tradition in Port St. Lucie, led by Dr. Randall Rodriguez-Torres, DO, DMD. We're known for changing lives with dental implants and full-arch (All-on-X) treatment â and for the experience behind it: over 1,000 five-star reviews from patients who felt heard, cared for, and confident in their treatment. We're looking for a Treatment Coordinator who can be the bridge between our doctors and our patients â someone who can take a treatment plan and turn it into a "yes" by making patients feel informed and comfortable, not pressured. What You'll Do Sit down one-on-one with patients after their exam to present treatment plans â including major cases like dental implants and full-arch restorations Clearly explain treatment options, timelines, and fees in plain language patients understand Present financing options (CareCredit, third-party lending, in-house arrangements) and help patients find a path that fits their budget Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment and guide them back to care Coordinate with the clinical team so every patient's next visit is scheduled before they walk out the door Track case acceptance and follow-ups so no patient falls through the cracks What We're Looking For Dental front-office experience required (front desk, scheduling coordinator, financial coordinator, or similar) â we'll train you on treatment presentation A warm, confident communicator who's comfortable discussing larger treatment fees without flinching Someone organized and persistent with follow-up â you don't let opportunities go cold Comfortable with dental practice software (Open Dental experience a plus) Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Why You'll Love Working Here 4-day work week â every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off, all year $22â$25/hour based on experience, plus bonus opportunity tied to case acceptance â when you help patients say yes to the care they need, you share in that success Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) A supportive, drama-free team culture in a modern office Real growth: you'll be presenting life-changing treatment, not just checking people in Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Paid time off Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Dental receptionist: 1 year (Required) Dental office: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
