Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team. You will play a vital role in patient care, supporting our dentists during procedures, and ensuring our clinic operates smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms by arranging instruments, materials, and equipment. Greet patients, make them comfortable, and prepare them for examination/treatment. Chairside assisting during routine exams, restorative procedures, and surgical treatments. Take digital X-rays and intraoral impressions/scans. Sterilize instruments and maintain strict infection control protocols following OSHA and CDC guidelines. Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene instructions. Maintain accurate patient records and update dental charts in. Keep treatment rooms stocked and clean throughout the day. 1+ years of chairside dental assisting experience (preferred, but welcoming motivated new grads!) Knowledge of dental software (Open Dental) is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first attitude. Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail.
