We're a modern, fully digital orthodontic startup looking for a part-time Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing team. Position Details Part-Time: 3–4 days per week Pay: $25–$28/hour (based on experience) Located in the heart of Studio City, CA What You'll Do Assist the orthodontist during patient appointments Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized workspace Take digital scans, photos, and X-rays (training provided if needed) Educate patients about their orthodontic treatment and home care Help deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish Sterilize instruments and assist with clinical organization Work closely with our front office team to create a seamless patient experience Qualifications Current Dental Assistant certification (as required in California) Orthodontic assisting experience is not required Invisalign experience is a plus , but not necessary We are happy to train and mentor the right candidate Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail Dependable, organized, and eager to learn What We're Looking For Above all else, we're looking for someone who is: Positive and enthusiastic Friendly and welcoming Kind and compassionate chairside Professional and dependable A team player who enjoys helping others Excited to grow alongside a small business Technical skills can be taught.
