Our Ideal Candidate Is Extremely reliable, punctual, and dependable Warm, personable, and confident with patients A true team player with a positive, can-do attitude Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take initiative Professional, efficient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience Someone who is looking for a long-term opportunity and takes pride in being an essential part of a close-knit team Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance during a wide range of general dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain an organized, efficient clinical environment Sterilize instruments and maintain strict infection control protocols Take digital radiographs and intraoral photographs Assist with digital impressions (iTero scanner) Fabricate temporary crowns when needed Prepare materials and equipment for dental procedures Maintain accurate patient records and assist with clinical documentation Educate patients before and after treatment to help them feel comfortable and informed Help ensure each patient visit runs smoothly from start to finish Qualifications Required Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience Strong chairside assisting skills Proficiency in taking digital radiographs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail Preferred Experience fabricating temporary crowns Experience with digital scanning (iTero preferred) Experience with Dentrix practice management software Why You'll Love Working With Us At our practice, we know that great dentistry starts with a great team. Schedule Tuesday: 1:00 PM â 7:00 PM Wednesday: 9:00 AM â 7:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM â 5:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM â 1:00 PM Saturday (2x/month): 8:30 AM â 1:30 PM Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience.
