Elite Endodontics Studio is seeking an experienced, reliable Endodontic Assistant to join our specialty practice. This role is well-suited for someone who values efficiency, precision, and excellent patient care and who is interested in growing with a practice over time. Schedule & Hours Structured Ramp-Up Role with Full-Time Growth Initial Schedule (Opening Phase): Mondays: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Growth Plan: Additional clinical days added progressively Clear transition to a full-time schedule over the next year Experience Requirements Dental assisting experience required Endodontic assisting experience preferred Must be comfortable assisting with root canal therapy and specialty procedures Responsibilities Chairside assisting during endodontic procedures Room setup and breakdown following infection control and sterilization protocols Preparing instruments, materials, and operatories Taking digital radiographs (CBCT experience a plus) Supporting patient comfort and efficient clinical flow Assisting the doctor and clinical team as needed Qualifications Dental assisting experience required Endodontic experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently Calm, professional demeanor—especially with anxious patients Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Compensation $22–26 per hour , based on experience Opportunity for growth as the schedule expands Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you have at least ONE YEAR of dental assisting experience?
