Oxy Dental NoHo is looking for a skilled, dependable, and patient-focused General Dentist to join our team. We are primarily looking for a dentist who is available to work Sundays , with Wednesdays also available as an additional workday. This is a great opportunity for a dentist who enjoys providing comprehensive care in a friendly, busy dental office and is comfortable treating a wide range of patients and dental needs. Schedule Sunday â PRIMARY DAY / REQUIRED Wednesday â Additional day available Flexible scheduling may be discussed for the right candidate Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry to patients of various ages. Perform examinations, treatment planning, fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, dentures, and other general dental procedures. Diagnose dental conditions and present appropriate treatment options to patients. Perform comprehensive exams and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide emergency dental care when needed. Take and interpret dental X-rays and other diagnostic imaging. Educate patients regarding oral hygiene, preventive care, and recommended treatment. Maintain accurate and complete patient records and clinical notes. Follow OSHA, infection control, sterilization, HIPAA, and applicable California dental regulations. Work closely with dental assistants and the rest of the office team to provide efficient, high-quality patient care. Build positive relationships with patients and provide a comfortable, professional experience. Qualifications Active California Dental License (DDS or DMD). Current malpractice insurance and required credentials. Strong clinical and diagnostic skills. Comfortable performing general dentistry procedures independently. Excellent communication and patient-care skills. Reliable and professional. Ability to work efficiently in a busy dental office. Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar systems is a plus. Experience with endodontics, oral surgery, prosthodontics, implants, and orthodontics is a plus. The ideal candidate is confident in general dentistry, communicates well with patients, and works well with a team. Sunday availability is our main priority for this position.
