About the Opportunity Our lead dentist is shifting focus toward larger cosmetic and full-arch implant cases, which means our associates are taking on a growing share of general dentistry — and there's a genuine runway here for the right person to build a strong patient base and expand their role over time. Ideally, you have experience in endodontics, implants, and complex restorative cases . But just as important: if you're looking to grow into these areas, this is a real mentorship opportunity. Our owner doctor is actively performing these procedures in-house and is genuinely invested in helping associates develop these skills over time — not just handing them off elsewhere.
