About the Role You’ll work directly alongside the orthodontist to deliver exceptional patient care while helping create an organized, efficient, and welcoming clinical environment. What You'll Do Clinical Care Assist with orthodontic procedures Prepare patients for treatment Digital intraoral scanning and digital record keeping Clinical photography and patient records Instrument sterilization and infection control Operatory setup and turnover Patient education and home care instructions Retainer and aligner deliveries Inventory organization and supply management Maintain a clean, organized, and beautiful clinical environment and system Technology & Innovation Gather Orthodontics is a fully digital practice, and technology is central to how we care for our patients. You'll receive training and work with technologies such as: Digital intraoral scanners Digital photography CBCT and digital imaging Practice management software Digital patient communication systems Remote orthodontic monitoring Paperless workflows We're looking for someone who enjoys learning new technology and embraces innovation as part of delivering exceptional care. Qualifications Most Important: Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train an exceptional candidate who shares our values, has a positive attitude, and is excited to learn and grow with our practice. We believe technical skills can be taught. Character, kindness, professionalism, and a commitment to serving others are what matter most. Preferred: Orthodontic assisting experience Dental Assistant I, or II (DAII), or currently enrolled in a Dental Assisting program Current CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain) Customer service experience Comfortable learning new technology and software Compensation & Growth This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow a rewarding career in orthodontics.
