Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Aurora, CO
Full-time | 25-30/hr | 401K, medical & dental Join Southland Smiles as a dependable, friendly Dental Assistant in our busy family practice serving patients of all ages. We prioritize a welcoming, relaxed experience for patients and families. Key responsibilities: Prepare operatories, assist dentists during procedures, and provide chairside support Take digital radiographs and intraoral scans; manage instruments and sterilization Fabricate temporaries, take impressions (will train the right candidate) and perform basic lab tasks as needed Provide patient education and postop instructions; support smooth patient flow Maintain supplies, infection-control protocols, and accurate charting Qualifications: Dental Assistant certification or equivalent experience preferred 1â2+ years clinical assisting experience preferred; general and private practice experience a plus Radiography license and current CPR certification preferred Strong chairside skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and excellent patient communication Honest, team-oriented, upbeat attitude; Eaglesoft experience preferred Benefits & perks: Competitive pay 401K, medical & dental coverage One-hour lunch breaks, parking lot access Provided PPE (disposable gowns, goggles, nitrile gloves, masks) To apply: send resume and brief cover letter to Southland Smiles.
