We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated member to join our practice as a front dreceptionist/ treatment planning coordinator. What You’ll Do ● Review and present treatment plans to patients in a clear, compassionate, and confident manner ● Help patients understand recommended treatment, scheduling, fees, and payment options ● Follow up with patients regarding outstanding treatment plans ● Coordinate appointments and help patients navigate their treatment from start to finish ● Work closely with the doctors and clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience ● Discuss financial arrangements and collect payments ● Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plan notes ● Build genuine relationships with our patients and make them feel cared for—not pressured Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance verification is a plus. Proficiency with office software (Dentrix).
